Las Vegas Corporate Event Photographer – Encourage Everyone To Take Photos
Everyone loves a smiling face! If you want the photos from your next corporate event to be something that truly captures the fun and excitement of the day, then you want to make sure that the photographer is able to capture smiling, fun-filled faces of employees and guests. Of course, as a Las Vegas portrait photographer service, we know that people aren’t always comfortable when in front of a camera lens. This can lead to awkward poses and smiles, or generally stiff and uncomfortable photos, even from the best Las Vegas portrait photographer.
Naturally, no one wants to remember their corporate event through a tight-lipped smile and a pose that screams “I hope he takes the shot soon,” so we’ve come up with a few ways you can help employees create the smiling shots they’ll love to look at once the event is over.
Remind everyone of the photographer beforehand. As a Las Vegas photographer, one of the most common things we see at corporate events are people who are unaware that we are going to be working! This can lead to some shy and awkward photos, which is why we highly recommend that everyone is reminded that a photographer will be present well before the event. For good measure, you can even include in your event flyers that a Las Vegas portrait photographer will be on site to capture memories of the day!
Encourage people to be silly and have fun. Corporate events are not all serious business, and the more fun everyone has, the better. One of the best ways you can help a Las Vegas portrait photographer capture some great smiles is by encouraging people to let loose, be silly, and have fun at the event. This can be done in a number of ways, including having a dance floor, asking your photographer about including a backdrop/prop style set-up, putting up plenty of bright and colorful decorations, and so on.
A special note for photographers: If you will be taking photos at this type of event, one of the best things you can do is shake things up by suggesting fun poses for the people in front of the camera! Fun, silly photos can really help some people loosen up and enjoy themselves, so the more fun ideas you have, the better!
